We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our dealings, and thereafter only as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, and to ask for it to be deleted.
