  • Oversee the Preparation of Development Application, Construction Certification, Section 96/4.55 and other relevant documents.

  • Represent the Clients’ interests in Contractual Preparation and Dealings.

  • Trade-relationship Management.

  • Site WHS & Quality Compliance Audits.

  • Methodically inspect Construction works regularly and Control Defects.

  • EOT, RFI and Variation Assessment.

  • Issue and Assessment of Progress Claims and Certificates.

  • Oversees the Quality Completion of the Development.

  • Pre/Post-Settlement Defect Reports.
